Executive Council - Chillicothe 757 Colts Baseball Program

The Executive Council acts as the governing body for the Chillicothe Post 757 Colts Baseball Program. Currently, the members include:  

President, Roy Stone

The President shall have charge and preside at all meetings of the 757 Colts Baseball; and shall perform all duties incidental to such office and such other duties as may be be required of him/her by the Executive Council. It shall be his/her duty to open and close all meetings of 757 Colts Baseball. He/she shall enforce and uphold the Constituion and By-Laws of 757 Colts Baseball; shall in case of a tie, have the deciding vote on any question. He/she can sign any check drawn against the funds of Chillicothe 757 Colts Baseball, Inc. 

 

 

Vice-President, Don Rockhold

The Vice-President shall perform all the duties of the President in case of the President's absence; shall perform all other duties as may be required of him/her by the President of the 757 Colts Baseball. 

 

 

Secretary, Tom Barr

The Secretary shall keep an accurate record of all transactions at meetings. Before the next meeting he/she shall distribute copies of the minutes of the prior meeting for approval; shall keep all reports, letters, petitions and other communications sent or received by the 757 Colts Baseball; shall assist in the business of 757 Colts Baseball; and perform all other duties as may be required by the President of 757 Colts Baseball. 

 

General Manager, Art DeVore

The General Manager shall approve of all Team Managers and Assistant Coaches; shall assist in the business of 757 Colts Baseball; shall give direction to all team managers. 

 

Treasurer, Tom Barr

The Treasurer shall keep a complete and accurate record of all monies received and spent by 757 Colts Baseball; shall turn over the ledger each month to the Commissioners; shall turn over the ledger at the end of the year to the 757 Colts Baseball accountant so that tax preparations can be completed; shall furnish to the Executive Council, on a monthly basis, a written report of all monies collected and spent; shall sign checks drawn against the funds of 757 Colts Baseball, Inc.; shall perform all other duties as may be required of him/her by the President of 757 Colts Baseball
